Starting with the positive. Clean and not busy. I usually avoid writing negative reviews, keep thise opinions to.musrlf snd simply provide a rating. However, I feel compelled to share with fellow travelers, especially since sitting in airports isnt always the most pleasant experience Disappointing experience at The Great American Bagel in Terminal E. Food was overcooked and stale from sitting on the warmer too long. The chicken pesto lacked pesto, and the Cuban sandwich was dry, sauceless, and nearly inedible. Staff were dismissive—no eye contact or courtesy—just told me to grab another pre-made sandwich after tossing mine. Avoid this location if you expect fresh food or decent service. One other thing to add. Several travels came in, and out e of the women working hollers, "all.if the sandwiches are pre-made" and points o the cooler and warmer. This was to deter customers from going to the counter to order. We did notice a couple come in that the same worker knew personally, and she was suddenly jovial and accommodating.

ZERO STARS!!!!I was placing my order, and there was another lady (Aggie) talking so loudly standing at the doorway of the kitchen. And she was having a full on conversation with the shorter lady (wasn’t wearing a name tag) and John. The worst customer service I’ve experienced during my weekend in Vegas.I had to shout my order, and I didn’t know when they were speaking to me, when asked which bagel I wanted and if I wanted it toasted. To top it off, my bagel was rock solid, and I did not ask for avocado but the shorter lady slapped a huge amount on my bagel, making it hard to enjoy. I tossed my bagel and just ate the meat.Keep walking and avoid this place at all costs. They are not worth your money!

Nothing good to say about this location. I've been to many other Great American Bagel places and they have always been good. Came here, the place was not busy, the staff refused to serve me fresh bagel and told me I had to buy cold stale premade sandwiches... Just went next door.. on the way back they were serving someone else. Thanks!

This location has both prepackaged food and a good selection of fresh bagels along with an assortment of drinks. There are tables located right outside in front of the bakery and one large table inside. The lady that was working there today was very friendly and helpful, with a great sense of humor. The biggest problem with this location is the prices, which one can expect from having a store inside the airport. Another issue is the food itself, which is not the best tasting solution within the airport. So, if you are looking to pick up something to eat before your flight you might want to give this place a try, but do not expect the best. And finally, forget cash, card only.

Nice place to get some food and beverage before a flight. Much of it is self serve, including payment counter. We got a regular Latte, a Cinnamon Crunch Bagel with Cream Cheese and an Egg & Cheese Sunrise Sandwich. Latte and Bagel weren’t self serve. Sandwich was grab & go. All three items were good.Staff was nice and friendly. There’s some seating space around if there’s not much rush.Overall, good place.
