I am an Elite member & I have never been more disappointed. This is the 1st time they’ve ever looked like this. They came inside immediately & were @ room temperature. By the time we got to them, they were stuck together & falling apart. If you weren’t going to make the delivery time then call & say that. Cook & cool them down properly, don’t rush to make a delivery time. It just so happened she had somewhere to go & wasn’t even home till 5:30… I am just disappointed, because like I said I’ve been ordering for Years & this is the 2nd bad experience with this particular Tiffs Treats location. The 1st batch didn’t fall apart & we got them @ like 11:45pm! Lol so I didn’t care to write a review! Point is- 2nd bad experience, I do not think I will be ordering from this location again.
