We stopped by 30 minutes before closing to satisfy my pregnancy cravings, this was my husbands first time trying Tiffs Treats, and aside from the deliciously tasty cookies and clean space the big winner was the customer service. The Manager Rod was attentive and awesome with helping us pick choices and giving us other options on the menu, the cookies were definitely tasty but we will definitely be coming back to see Rod and his amazing customer service and try out that cookie IceCream sandwich he kept telling us about! If your wondering wether to stop by id definitely give them a chance!

I recently made a mistake on an order for delivery, and when I called, to give the correct cookie flavor, the lady who answered was very nice and professional. She stated it may delay the delivery time because they need to make the cookies to accommodate the change and for them to be fresh - but I appreciated the transparency. She didn’t make me feel guilty and she was not rude. Super professional and friendly staff.
