The young man there in 7/12 kindness shouldn’t not go unnoticed. He was very kind and was able to tell me pricing and let me know since the cookies were for the next day on what to not do. Thank you young man.

I walked in, there were 4 or 5 workers, one of them walked in/out of the area with no acknowledgement I was even there, and when they did, finally, greet me it was just a "yes", no hello, no politeness at all. I had pre-ordered a dozen and 2 half dozen cookies. First time I'd ever ordered ahead of time. I wanted them in a dozen, and then 2 half dozen boxes. they were all together. The lady, rudely I will add, said if you don't stipulate that we put them all together. When I added that I have them going to different places she just said the same thing again, no offer to give me a couple of boxes so I could redistribute, nothing. Her tone was very apparent that I was an inconvenience to her afternoon. I highly recommend you use a different location as this one will never see another dollar and I'll be using it as my bad service example going forward.

I went to pick up my remade cookies on 8.14.2024 at 7:00pm and they were freaking DELICIOUS! Thank you for making it right! I will be back sooner than later! The cookies didn’t even make it home. Changing my rating from 1 star to 5.The service was standard, the young lady working there was just doing her job. But… I’d ordered my 6 cookies; 3 sugar, 2 sugar with m&m’s, and a double chocolate chip cookie. My husband took a bite of one of the sugar cookies and it had a blonde hair COOKED into the cookie. I live 12.4 miles away from this location, and needless to say I threw them all away and won’t be going back.

The guy put a cute bow on it too and asked if I wanted my cookies heated and ice cream to go along. Very good selection and the friend I had given the cookies to said they were out of this world.
