Such a great place to sit and enjoy the nice weather. Came here as I had been wanting to try for a while. The ambience of the place is very bright yet cozy. They have indoor and outdoor seating and the staff is very friendly here. Their pastry options are beautifully displayed in a glass case. We ordered one of each savory croissants + the fruit tart and almond pear tart. To drink we got the iced mocha as per recommended by the staff and the iced Chai Latte. We loved everything we had, the food is made with love and it's very visible .

What is Worth Choosing
For a first-time visitor or a returning local, several items stand out as essential choices that capture the essence of Village Baking Co.’s craft and passion.
For an authentic, classic experience, the Almond Croissant or the simple, classic Croissant is a non-negotiable choice. These items are the benchmark of a French bakery, and Village Baking Co. excels at delivering a pastry that is buttery, flaky, and fresh—often called the best in DFW. The Almond Croissant, layered with sweet almond cream, is a consistently recommended crowd-favorite.
For a unique treat, the Kouign Amann is highly recommended by dedicated patrons. This Breton cake is a layered pastry, similar to a croissant but featuring caramelized sugar for a rich, sweet, and slightly crisp experience. Its complexity is a testament to the bakery’s artisan skill.
If your visit is intended for a full meal, the savory options are equally compelling. The Pain Au Jambon is a beloved French classic—a buttery croissant wrapped around Boar's ham and Gruyère cheese. Alternatively, for a truly Texan twist on a French staple, the Bacon, Cheddar And Jalapeño Croissant provides a spicy, savory kick that is perfect for breakfast or lunch.
Finally, pair your selection with a specialty drink. The Iced Latte or the creamy Iced Chai Latte are popular choices, often noted for being perfectly prepared and refreshing, making any visit to Village Baking Co. a truly delightful Dallas experience.

Popped in to escape the heat. Cool, crisp, inviting, and delicious! Tried the iced basil vanilla latte. Heavenly! Huge array of baked goods all displayed enticingly. Open and airy, but there is also a cozier, smaller fireplace room that would be a delightful spot to spend time with friends. Refreshing!
