I have tried this bagel store many times because friends seem to like it but I cannot for the life of me understand why. Every time I go, the bagel is overdone. You cannot look at this picture and tell me that is acceptable to sell to a costumer yet Wally’s did anyway. Maybe they were good at some point but they make horrible bagels now. I went to North Babylon Bagels after I looked in the bag and saw what bagel I was given. There is no way I was eating a burnt bagel. Who is working back there that thinks this is acceptable?

It’s hit or miss, if you order through the app you can get your food faster but what I’ve noticed is I always order three eggs on my sandwich and I never get the third egg. When I go in I get it, how do I know they don’t give me three eggs? My wife gets two and our sandwiches are the same size. I’m tired of paying for something and not getting it. This has happened to me at least a dozen times. Teach your workers to read the order and make it properly. I don’t get free bagels when I spend $100 a week there so stop taking my money for something I’m not getting.
