We just had an excellent experience of customer service at this location. This is not always our experience at this location. The employee, Stephanie, was not only working hard to deliver our order (& others) in an efficient manner, but her friendliness and attention to the customers was noteworthy. She went out of her way to interact positively with each costumer and communicated all along the way while still attending to the task at hand.I know her job can be thankless, but she definitely stood out today for her commitment to providing a great experience. If she is not already on track to be considered for a manager position then she should be. People like her who understand the whole of what delivers a great product, are what makes a location stand out.To Stephanie, keep being exceptional in life. There are people who notice.

Wanted to order fresh pretzels instead of the ones on display because they had no business. The female staff shook her head while making them and complaining about me. I felt like I might have asked for too much and asked if I get cancel the order. She comes towards waving her hands and yelling at me about how she was talking to her boss, not talking to me. Her boss just stood there saying it’s okay? After I felt attacked, literally had a panic attack and cried, still she yelled some more and then apologized, told me she would make me everything I wanted fresh and explained that she was talking on the phone (with no headphones or a phone in sight). I told them I didn’t want anything and just give me my refund.I respect everyone who works and earns a salary but I just literally got out of bed came out to run some errands and get a hot fresh pretzel, not to get yelled at after paying for an order. The store can upload surveillance it’s they think I made up any thing I said.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPTS WHEN VISITING THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!Yesterday, I placed two separate orders—one for 2 pretzel dog and, shortly after, another for a large original lemonade ($3.39) and a cheese salsa dip ($1.39). Based on the prices listed both in-store and online, my second order should have totaled $5.50 after tax.Instead, I was charged $6.69, which raised a red flag. When I questioned the charge, the employee (a Middle Eastern woman) insisted she rang it up correctly and claimed the prices shown on the screens were outdated. I initially gave her the benefit of the doubt until I looked at my rewards app screen and saw the prices on the mobil app are the same on the screen and checked out to see what my total would’ve been for the items I ordered in person...When I brought this up again before receiving my order, she called over a coworker and turned the screen around to “prove” she was correct. But it clearly showed she selected the wrong item the more expensive frozen lemonade, not what I ordered. Another employee (an African American woman) witnessed this and politely asked if I would like anything else. I said no, I just wanted it to be acknowledged that I saw what happened and what she has been doing. It may only be $1.19, but this is not about the money it’s about principle. I overpaid for something I didn’t get and this lady kept insisting she was correct. I wish I would’ve placed a large lemonade order online so I can prove that she’s been overcharging people who get an original lemonade. And I can’t help but wonder how many other customers this happens to who don’t ask for receipts or double-check their charges.I will not be returning to this location. It’s disappointing to feel taken advantage of, especially when a simple acknowledgment and correction could’ve resolved everything. I hope this is addressed so other customers aren’t overcharged or misled.

Had a really good experience today with Stephanie and Makenzie. These ladies customer service skills were top TEIR! They both went above and beyond to make sure that my wait for a fresh pretzel was pleasant. I appreciate the good vibes atmosphere and smiles that these ladies served up! They ran this establishment like it was their own!! I will 1000% visit this location everytime I’m in the area. Nothing like good service to go with a good snack. Thanks ladies 😊 I would insert my pic of my pretzel but it was so good and fresh I ate it before I could finish typing up this review! Thanks Stephanie girl the pretzel was fire!!!

I have been a fan of Auntie Ann’s Cinnamon Bites/Nuggets for years. What struck me today was the level of kindness and customer service that Stephanie and McKinley displayed as I entered the store. Stephanie greeted me in grand style before I could close the door behind me, took my order and bagged my bites. McKinley rang me up asking if I would like anything else, including my receipt. Both associates were multi-tasking, but didn’t miss a beat with me. They orchestrated customer service in a timely, yet warm concerted fashion. While I wasn’t the only customer in the store, their level of attention sure made me feel that way. Thank you! 😊
