I went in today June 2 2025 and try to get my daughters a treat and I ask for 2 smalls of different pretzels. When they didn't have a small in one of them I ask can he just make a large into a small he gave me attitude and suck his teeth while attempting to do it. It seem like it was a bother when I was the only customer in the store at the time. In the past I've seen it done before. I didn't give him attitude I ask politely and that was my result of it so I walk out and told him there was no need for that. If it's company policy to not due so there should be a sign. Other than that my daughters and I love these pretzels.

Recently became one of my new places to stop and grab a bite to eat before hoping on the train home. The cup of mini Pretzel Dogs are amazing and only $5.99. Currently they have a special on the Pretzel Hot Dogs. They are 2 for $6 and amazing also. So 2 Pretzel Hot Dogs and the cup of minis come up to about $12.
Nov 17 · Hezy JamezDear Cinnabon Team,I recently visited your location in Manhattan and, unfortunately, had an unpleasant experience. Here are the details of the incident:1. I purchased a Cinnabon roll on January 25, 2025, at the store listed as AUNTIE ANNES NY262 (688 6th Ave, New York, NY 10011)2. Jul 31 · Viriam MudrahelThis is my favorite Auntie Anne's ❤Their pretzels are amazing and always fresh. I feel like a kid in a candy store whenever I go there. This store is always clean and they have the best staff working at this place. Christopher made the perfect pretzel bites for me today. I started to eat them immediately because they smelled so good and it was baked to perfection 😋. Let me not forget Yareli she works the front of the store and has the nicest attitude ever. Always smiling and greeting all of the customers. She keeps that warmer case looking nice and fresh all of the time. If you are in the area stop by you won't be disappointed.
