Just bought 3 cinnamon sugar pretzels and I noticed the way the lady working was squeezing them to I guess see how old they were... Really old was the answer but still served them. When I was leaving and checked them I noticed the granulated cinnamon sugar was cooked into a hard glaze. Go the extra distance and go to the mall or just roll down your window and throw out your money.

Totally different way of making Jalapeño Pretzel. Instead of mixing jalapeño with the dough, at this location they topped the dough usually that’s not the way Aunt Annie jalapeños pretzels are!!Took 20 minutes for making one for a special order of no butter, no salt.

We stopped here for a snack. We hustled to get there before they closed at 6pm. We walked up to the counter at 5:35pm and the employees told us they were already closed. I thought when you worked in the food service industry closing time was closing time then you cleaned up for the day. This is so unprofessional and rude. This is the third time I have stopped at this location during the hours it stated it was open and it was not. At least this time their were actually employees there to disappoint us. I will never return to this location again.
