EDIT: After the experience below I emailed the manager who explained that they work with many third parties, including door dash and 1800flowers. They also wanted to make things right. I received a replacement fruit arrangement this afternoon and everything looks great. The fruit is fresh and the kale was not wilting/mushy. Thank you for making the situation better.I received a delivered fruit basket for the birth of our daughter and everything smelled like cigarettes, the driver must have been smoking in the car. Not only that but there was ROTTING FRUIT AND KALE in the arrangement. When I called to let them know that the fruit was rotten they told me I was wrong and there's "nothing they can do" to make it right. I would not recommend this place, take your business elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER. We asked for a cake with a Vanderbilt logo for a graduation party. We received an incorrectly colored boomerang shape instead of a “V” that looks like a child made it. The decoration wasn’t even flush against the cake and was moving around. It was also off center. The main icing and siding on the cake were also jagged/not smooth. Again, I think someone’s child made this cake…What’s worse is when I contacted the store for money back, I was told it was “unprofessional” to engage in “back in forth” with a customer. Can you imagine not taking a customer’s complaint seriously in your business? This bakery provides crappy products and won’t speak with you when you’re dissatisfied. What a joke.

They were all purchased today . Why would you sell old expired food? I don't want an apology I want my $20 back. I will be coming by in the morning for my refund.

Apr 24 · Mya TPaid $70 for two dozen cupcakes that were hard, stale and the smallest cupcake I believe I’ve seen. The sprinkles were dissolved into the icing which told me how long they’d been sitting. Not worth it. We also got the banana pudding, a piece of caramel cake, and a piece of honey bun cake. NONE OF IT was good or fresh. The banana pudding had an overpowering banana flavor it was soggy, and the bananas were black. The honey bun cake was hard dry and syrupy. The caramel cake was just a bundt cake with what looked like “icing” poured over it and the icing was “crunchy”. We did also get a chess cake square and it was decent. When we walked in to get our order they didn’t offer to help us, we had to wave to them in the back for help. This is not an over exaggeration of our experience we will not be going back and do not recommend.
