Look, sometimes bagels can be overcooked, accidents happen. BUT how do you serve this to a customer, and then charge them $5 for it. Prices are WAY TOO HIGH for burnt bagels. You're in the bakery business, go invest in a good toaster. Open a new bank account, maybe they'll give you one for free.

If she is unhappy with her job, it may be worth considering a different work environment.----Decent bagels and coffee, but the service is not to standard.I have visited numerous mornings around 6 a.m., where there is a line of customers, and only one of the 3/4 workers is working on the line. Customers in the store should always get priority!
