Staff also seem irritated if you don’t tip, which just adds to the negative experience. On top of that, it feels unprofessional when employees switch to Spanish to give certain customers extras. The combination of stale donuts, no extra piece, and poor service is disappointing. I’m not the only one who noticed—there were over 10 people with me upset about the change from 13 to 12. One customer lost, and probably more to follow.
