Crust Bakeshop (Gold Star Blvd) is a true gem for anyone looking to satisfy their breakfast cravings. They’ve got all the essentials—freshly brewed coffee, refreshing teas, and a full spread of breakfast favorites. Their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant is a must-try: buttery, flaky, and packed with flavor. I paired mine with a green iced tea infused with strawberry and vanilla—light, fruity, and the perfect complement. And whatever you do, don’t leave without grabbing their monkey bread. It’s sticky, sweet, and totally unforgettable!

Crust has two locations in Worcester. Their Main Street location is significantly better in terms of a place to sit down and enjoy oneself. This review is about their other location (inside an office building). Crust products are generally excellent across both stores; but this location favors take-away rather than a place to hang out. I like their croissants (all variations) and sandwiches are tasty. Coffee is just ok, and you can do significantly better in Worcester at some of the new generation coffee shops. Ample parking and accessible.

Overall really solid! I had my first breakfast sandwich and iced matcha latte from here today and was pleased! The matcha latte fell a bit flat, it was something I could make at home with matcha powder from Amazon. But, it wasn’t horrible so I can’t complain too much! I’d probably give it a 6/10.The breakfast sandwich was a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and it was probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. Super, super hot and greasy (in a good way but definitely not the healthiest), but it was so good. 10/10.The workers were so sweet, the service was quick and easy, the interior was stunning. Total for the sandwich and the latte was about $18. Overall 4/5 :) Will be back!

Solid breakfast/coffee experience. The pastries and food are good, but pretty one note: fat.In the Rise & Shine sandwich had a lot of fat from the eggs, sausage, "aioli", and croissant. There was not much to balance all the fat, but still was tasty! The latte I got was good if a little muted on flavor. The aforementioned "aioli" is marketed as Mustard Aioli, but is quite literally just mayonnaise. I would return moreso for the breads and pastries than coffees and sandwiches.

If the coffee was better, this would be a 5 star review.Crust has fantastic pastries and bread. I absolutely love their almond croissants and they taste like they're made with butter, not oils. They even think about their customers as I was asked if the almond and regular croissant could go in the same bag. That extra attention to detail was appreciated.Their coffee is subpar. I can get better coffee at Starbucks for a similar price. All I bought was a vanilla latte, but I couldn't taste any vanilla and the coffee was super weak.I will be buying pastries and bread again, but I'll either go to Starbucks or make my own coffee.
