Used to be my favorite spot to get breakfast on the weekend, I got Einstein's at least once a week for the past 2 years. Lately been very disappointed. The past 3 times I've gone (I always do a mobile pick up order) they have COMPLETELY screwed up my sandwich. I am a vegetarian and always get the Garden Avocado, the past 3 times they have given me a bacon sandwich... that doesn't even have Avocado on it so idk how they could possibly mistaken that. I thought 1 time was a fluke, okay it happens. The next 2 after that is just ridiculous. That's on me though for not checking my sandwich before I leave the store, but i feel i should be able to assume I got the right sandwich I ordered.Very disappointed.

The last couple of times I have come in the atmosphere is not very appealing. Bring back a good kosher style experience (which this location has zero) Provide seating(not just chairs against the window) The food is just not appealing!!!
