The worst. Was here Wednesday August 13 at about 9:15a. Only 2 people on staff. One was fairly quick, but I'll get to her later. The other was a clueless sloth who meandered around making drinks. Except she forgot to pour a single cold brew. After I reminded her, she didn't know what size, even though it was on her display board, in red, which usually means the wait time for the customer is past optimal.The other staff member was handling taking customer orders and making bagel/sandwich orders. She took my bagel order, and asked if I wanted toasted. I said I did. I asked for no capers. Both bagels were cold and mine had capers.A large cold brew was 16oz and $4.19. At McDonald's and large cold brew is $2.25 and Dunkin they are 24oz and still less than $4.Never going back to this place. Would give zero stars if possible.

I understand you open very early and you may arrive late to prep everything, but not even saying a word to anyone is not only rude but reflects bad on the entire franchise. Don't take morning shifts if you can't do the work. Plain and simple.
