So disappointed at this location. Gave them so many passes. But enough is enough. There are so many times I ask them to cut the sandwich in half and this is what I constantly get ….it’s pathetic. How can you not do such a simple task. Also, on the app I had a free cereal bar but the indian dude at the window said it wasn’t available despite it being the last day for the promo. Having to rip the sandwich because it can’t properly be done is annoying.

We have visited this Einstein Brothers location several times and as others have mentioned, given them several passes. We ordered online and showed up to pick up our order and they did not have the bagels we wanted for our sandwiches. We requested a refund and were told that there was no way to process the transaction and receive our money back. We asked if we could get a gift card for the amount of the order and they refused. This is unacceptable customer service and hospitality, and we won’t be frequenting this location again.

The employee at the drive thru (who is always very kind and helpful) did their best searching for my order and tried to help me. It was busy in there today so I felt bad and didn’t want to cause an issue. After they couldn’t find my order, I showed them the receipt on my phone and they very quickly helped me get my order. Thank you for the great service!

He makes you feel stupid for asking questions and rushes you to place your order. At first, I gave him the benefit of the doubt—maybe he was having a bad day, not feeling well, or dealing with a difficult manager. But no, this man is just plain rude. I only kept coming because this is the closest location, but I’m done. I’ll drive the extra distance for better customer service.
