I arrived to pick up my catered order at 6.50am and found it wasn't ready, and I was a bit disappointed. But while I waited, I learned they were behind because they'd had been there since before 4am completing a 300-lunch order before all of ours. So the fact that they were only about 10 minutes behind was amazing. And then I learned the manager was in coordinating all of this despite a personal tragedy the day before. Kudos to Pinky for showing true leadership at such a moment, and helping her team through a crazy morning on game day.❤️🩹

But when your mom asks for something specific, and this was the closest place with cranberry bagels, we stoped by to grab a couple for her. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! It was clean, and the place looked great! The employees were what stuck out though. The service was excellent. Quick, efficient, and they were busy when we went in. SUCH A HUGE IMPROVEMENT! We asked if it was under new management, and we weren’t surprised when we were told it was. So KUDOS PINKY! You’re doing a great job!! We will definitely be back!!

It did not arrive late, and there were no issues with the delivery or order in anyway. The bagels came excellently packaged, as did the schmears. The bagels were just about the softest best bagels I have ever had!
