In particular the one with red and black hair and glasses always seems on top of things, she has always been so nice and accommodating and i really appreciate that, she seems to really care about the customers. Everyone else at this location i've interacted with, while some were still super nice i just haven't had anyone seem to go so far out of their way as she does!

I understand the raise in prices however the food quality went down. What? The inside of the sandwich is ok however the bagel itself, which is supposed to be what they're known for tasted like a day old, not fresh and a bit tough. I wonder if no one eat here anymore and what I got was from leftovers. I ate half of it anyway since I was starving but it was difficult to finish the whole thing 😒 And they don't have a dine-in yet. Aren't we couple years over post pandemic? The staff were very nice and courteous though so I added another star.
