Oct 30 · David CohenHaving walked up to the counter in place an order in the past and as expected had to wait a little while. No big deal. So this time I ordered online. Said it would be ready at 12:34pm 2 April 2022. Was not ready when I got there. Had to wait longer. Sat down next to the store and waited. Saw other people sit next to me get called and got there order and leave. I got up at 1:25pm and asked if they could just cancel it. The person said they had been calling me. I said will I've been sitting right there waiting and saw customers come go and saw them call up other customers for their order.
Apr 2 · __ falcon78cWorst customer service in my life. The older female server was so disrespectful and condescending - she left me waiting for so long and treated me like a random charity case. I’ve never seen such rudeness at American Cookie, and I don’t think I’ll ever come here again.
Oct 17 · Rajaa Al-MusaweAmazing!! I ordered a personalized cookie cake for our axe league members and Amber did a fabulous job!!! It tasted great and looked perfect! Beyond expectations!
