The quality is consistent, the flavors are spot on, and they’re always coming up with creative options that make it exciting to stop in again and again. It has been such a joy to watch them expand their menus, create specials and start to offer incredible savory meals in the form of the weekend dinners. What really sets this place apart, though, is the customer service. No matter how busy it is, or what time of day you come in, the staff are always warm, genuine, and incredibly helpful. You can feel that they truly care about their customers, and that kind of consistency is rare. Every visit is a positive experience, and I always leave with a smile (and more treats than I planned for!). I recommend this bakery to EVERY single person who brings up being gluten free(or vegan).

We don't live in the Twin Cities, but it's easily accessible off HWY 100 and was well worth the tiny detour on our way through today. We tried the vegan Blueberry Pop Tart, the Sausage & Cheese Snuggle Pie, and the coffee cake, and all were among the best gluten-free baked goods I've ever tasted.Staff were friendly, vibe was cheery, space was clean. Some cute indoor seating, as well as dog-friendly seating outdoors. Prices are on the high side, but that's really no surprise with high-quality gluten-free things. We'll be back for sure!

A tad pricey, but we don't need much, so it's OK. The cinnamon coffee cake was delicious, but I think the lemon cupcake type item was extraordinary!
