When I was living in Florida, I would always crave Honey Dew and Willow Tree Chicken Salad. Now that I'm back in New England, I make an effort to go to a Honey Dew when I'm in my home state, Rhode Island. This location provided top notch customer service on my last visit with my family. I ordered a medium hot coffee with milk and sugar; perfection and fresh. A favorite menu item of mine is the Willow Tree Chicken Salad on a croissant with cheddar cheese; amazing as usual.Now the reason I gave them 5 stars was, they provided a bag and organized my items in an orderly fashion. We decided to stay and they brought out little paper plates to our table and asked us if we needed anything. The employees there were top notch customer service experts, they didn't have to do any of that; they greeted us when we first walked in and they said "have a great day" when we left. This transaction was all in a cheerful disposition; not common these days. The decor is your typical coffee shop; clean and cozy. Overall, definitely one of my fave HD's in Rhode Island.

They were a franchise and didn't have anything on the menu that was advertised, the man making sandwiches with the glass was unbelievably disrespectful. Dunkin donuts is down the road, go the extra mile. Customer service was terrible and will ruin your day as well as the food was mediocre. Cumberland farms had better sandwiches.
