The customer service over the phone was terrible. The worker who answered and the manager knew nothing. Didn’t own any accountability or try to help. The donuts I received should had been filled and didn’t have any filling whatsoever. A waste of time and money.

They were out of two different kinds of donuts that were supposed to go in the dozen box AND they were completely out of the sorting hat donut. I am so upset to say the least. I honestly should have gotten a refund. It’s my birthday and it’s 6:30 am and my day is turning out great (that’s sarcasm).

The shelves she was picking from looked fresh but when we went in to eat them after our next stop at the gas station, she had picked the smallest ones and they didn’t seem fresh at all. Such a disappointment after my last experience at the store on Maui that gave us donuts right off the line. I guess at this store you have to ask for today’s donuts.
