Ordered here twice. First time I got two slushies and two cookies for my kids and a red velvet frappe for myself, everything went smoothly. However when I ordered the second time for my husband I asked for a biscoff cookie frappe and was given an ice latte, I asked if they could just blend it up real quick, they refused rudely and told me that's what I ordered. Then I asked for a refund and they said no refunds. If you mess up maybe just take accountability instead of leaving others to deal with it.

The work space was clean and the girl that helped us was friendly but forgetful. My husband bought a medium and got a small. He asked for espresso and I got it. I’ll probably go back but I hope the order doesn’t get messed up again. Also, there are plenty of flavors to choose from for a cold treat!
