La Concha has beautiful, hand-made, hand-decorated pastries. They are spectacular! The café itself is bright and open to where you can see the bakers making the pastries. There's a variety of seating and ample outlets for your laptop. The coffee was also 👌. It was rich, robust, and slightly earthy. Lastly, the sourdough Italian was one of the best Italian sandwiches I've ever had. I was just so impressed with this bakery.

OMG! These in-house pastries are absolutely incredible. Every bite tastes fresh, thoughtfully made, and honestly, they could easily compete with some of my favorite bakeries in New York — and that’s saying a lot. The flavors are balanced, the textures are spot-on, and you can really tell they’re made with care. Whether you’re craving something buttery and rich or light and flaky, these pastries deliver. I wasn’t expecting to be this impressed, but now I can’t wait to come back for more!
Jul 4 · Angelica McClureWhen you first walk in the smell of fresh pastries consumes you….It’s a small location with wonderful customer service and the ambience is that of modest mid-century decor. The concha’s are extremely soft and delicious made fresh every day. You can also get coffee and different types of cakes as well.If you’ve never been, you should definitely try this place out !! ✌️
Aug 14 · Charlene WatsonNice bakery and deli sandwich cafe:) I want to add more. Feedback: my husband and I agree that the avocado toast was a little "bland" in taste, but my husband enjoyed the Cuban baguette sandwich and the ham and cheese croissant in other visits. And I've had 2 pastries from this place that were delicious. We totally recommend this business. More feedback: the second time we ordered the Cuban baguette sandwich, it was a different sandwich, no salami, different bread, no lettuce. No tomato? More feedback for this local business: recommend a place for dirty dishes in a space in the lobby. Maybe move the fridge holding drinks over. Also have the condiments in a container separated from the drinks. We support your business by driving across town trying to avoid the potholes in the towns roads.
May 30 · Sharine BethWe stumbled in to La Concha on our way to Cheyenne mountain resort and I'm so glad we did. This is a wonderful neighborhood spot with the most spectacular looking baked goods and delicious coffee. There was plenty of free parking in the shopping area, and seating available when we arrived, although I could imagine that seating is not always available as it's a small shop. I ordered a chai that was great! And one member of our group got Dubai chocolates that were so special.
