I’ve gotten a few things at Paris Baguette. This location is clean, services was great. I placed an order online and although the day of pick up the power was down the cake was ready for pick up and I was given a cake cutter, some candles for the cake (awesome). -The cake was delicious! My guest enjoyed it! I would definitely order cakes and other food in the near future.

You can really taste the care and quality in every cup. It’s easily the best coffee I’ve had, and the kindness I’m met with makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!

However, when I got to my car and took out the sandwich for a quick bite, it was cold. I returned to the store to address the issue, but John ignored me. There were only two people working, and the place was quite busy. After standing there for at least five minutes, the friendly young lady at the register asked if I needed help and promptly took care of me with a smile.I got home, enjoyed my sandwich, and then went for the cake. To my dismay, they had given me the wrong cake. Instead of my favorite strawberry soft cream cake, they had given me a mocha cake slice.I tried contacting the store several times, but no one ever answered my calls.This was a truly unpleasant experience at Paris Baguette.
