Stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon towards the end of the day to get some rivets and when they didn’t have enough for a full bucket they offered to bake a fresh batch up! Such great customer service. I live about 40 minutes away and usually preorder. My orders are always ready when I get there. The pretzels are just the best. Thanks for giving me a taste of Philly in NC! I would love it if you opened a location in the university area!

## What is Worth Choosing
The Philly Pretzel Factory is an excellent choice for North Carolina users—especially those in the greater Charlotte area—who need a reliable, high-volume source for fresh, savory, and crowd-pleasing snacks. It is worth choosing because it uniquely fills the role of three businesses in one:
First, it's a daily bakery providing a consistently fresh, simple, and satisfying product that is perfect for a quick snack break.
Second, it is a proven caterer with a standardized menu of party trays built around the pretzel theme. Whether you're hosting a game day, a corporate lunch, or a child's birthday party, the variety of pretzel dogs, cheesesteak bites, and rivets, paired with a dozen dip options, eliminates the complexity of event food planning. As one customer noted, the pretzels are "Perfect for parties etc."
Finally, the focus on quick service, easy accessibility, and multiple service options (Delivery, Takeout, In-store pickup) means you can get your order fast and fresh, exactly as expected. When you are “jonesing for a great pretzel,” as one local review stated, the Philly Pretzel Factory is the Charlotte destination that truly delivers.

Dec 6 · David BlumbergLoved this place!!! Tried one of every kind of pretzels they had - my favorite was the cheeseburger pretzel 🥰😍 the pepperoni pizza one was a little tough though. Loved the mustards they had as well. Will DEFINITELY be back. Oh and the staff - a young man and an adult - were excellent as well!
Sep 27 · Robin CaltagironeGreat service and even better pretzels from the Philly Pretzel Factory!!! They went out of their way to make sure I had pretzels for our Super Bowl Party and I couldn’t have been happier. Thank you!!
Feb 11 · Kara LoveFirst, the Pretzels are fine, decent product, easy to scrape surface salt off to lower sodium. What's wrong there is bad manager attitude. Incredibly petty, pennywise and pound foolish. I came in with a Clipp certificate. It cost $10 good for $20 of goods. They have a Saturday deal, 20 pretzels $14.99. so I decided I'd get the 20, plus another 5 so I'd be just over $20. Was then told they couldn't do the special with a Clipp. I understood their reasons; Clipp not combinable with other offers, etc. Fine. The regular price for 20 is an even $20. The young kid serving me then said, with 25 pretzels, I get a small bottle of mustard, same standard size as in the supermarket. Fine. I've got 25 pretzels so I qualify. I even added another 5, 30 in total. I didn't pay attention when they rang up the total and simply paid the difference after the Clipp $20 came off. Upon leaving I see I wasn't given the mustard. Went back in. What they did was charge me $19.99 for the first 20, then $6.99 each for two 5s. The old guy with glasses who I assume is either manager or owner, tells me I don't get the mustard because I didn't buy their 25 pretzel bundle, which BTW was $24.99, less than I actually was charge for 20 and 5 separately. I was flabbergasted at his pettiness. I even asked him, why would you ring it up in a way disadvantageous to a customer. He made it my fault that I "Didn't order the right way " Referred to the mustard as a freebie, when it is actually a regular menu bundle , NOT a special. Refused to simply recharge the transaction the right way. I feel they were punishing me for the audacity to present a Clipp offer and deliberately stiffed me to minimize that discount, which is something I bought, that they sold. I won't go so far as to say they're dishonest. I think they're simply petty and miserable. Horrible way to treat a customer, a bad look and needless ill will created. My response to their reply:This classless, bitter proprietor quickly rebutted the original review above this text. By all means, read his standing on ceremony reply. Consider the time and effort he put into escalating this, instead of at least just saying, "Sorry you didn't order the way we needed you to", and leaving it at that. Crowd Pleaser Shmowd Pleaser. If you're a decent business owner and a 1st time customer who made 50 minute round trip through Ballantyne traffic just to try your stuff, ends up purchasing 30 of your pretzels, you do the right thing and ring it up the best way for the customer, 25 as your holy Crowd Pleaser, plus 5 extra for $6.99, tossing in the mustard. You say I was miserable from the moment I walked in? Prove that by making your surveillance video public. I grant you my permission. I was also the only one in the store the whole time. Yes I originally was focused on the bite size pretzels, but then figured I could make sandwiches using the bigger ones. Plus I planned to scrape salt off, far easier to do with the big ones. Yes, sometimes I get a little overwhelmed when faced with making a choice and go a little blank for moments. Yes, I'm not a math whiz or always observant and didn't realize the bundle thing had to be explicitly stated, as opposed to simply making the quantity threshold. So sorry I didn't adhere to your strict ordering rules. You're like the Pretzel version of the Soup Nazi. NO MUSTARD FOR YOU! You actually got MORE money from me by NOT ringing it as 24.99 Crowd Pleaser. The 25 pretzels as you rang them were $26.98! How utterly petty and classless y'all were about this. So sorry I gave you business, that made your day so unbearable. Yeah, posting my experience was a bit Darrenish. I'll own that. Sometimes Karen Darrens are actually in the right.
