(Kinesiology). Management, you’ve got to do better.New. Clean. Finally open after having the sign on the empty plot of land for 2 years. Donuts were ok. I was not blown away. Tasted like the donuts sat on display for a while even though we went at 730am (4 out of 5). Great selection and variety of donuts at a good price. Not an arm and a leg like other local donut shops. I will be back.

I was excited by all the branding and extended branding by the new franchisee. When I purchased anything, everyone I shared it with was excited about it. Now, after a few months, that is no longer the case. Anytime I purchase a pastry, I am no longer carrying a product in a Shipley-branded bag, napkin, box, or sacks, for that matter. They now look like any other Donut shop except for the neon signs. Ever since I was a child, I have never settled for anything other than a Shipley donut.
