Sep 24 · Nafis ZahirEverytime I called to place an order I was put on hold, waited about 15 mins on HOLD so I had no other choice to go in person come to find out there was only 1GUY IN THE FRONT WORKING ALONE. He would pick up the phone and say please hold and work solely on in person orders. Not the employees fault, understandable but this is for the management, If you’re going to operate a 24 hr deli then do better and make sure you have enough people instead of harassing small business owners trying to make a living.
