I have nothing but great things to say about the Bagel Basket. I have been coming here for years and found that the owner and his employees are extremely kind, thoughtful, and friendly. This is the first time I’ve ever done a review, simply because of how unbelievably rude the business was. They deliberately toasted the bagel to the point it was burnt to a crisp. Why would they ever give me a burnt bagel to eat? And if they made a mistake, they should have apologized, but the worker didn’t, just because he wasn’t the one that toasted the bagel.

Up until recently I started getting treated like a back of the line customer for some reason even though I usually tip well. Most recently i got 3 of the same sandwiches and one was completely skimped out and i was told that the rest of the sandwich was on the other side of the bagel which it wasn’t. I guess its time to find a new bagels spot in the morning it was good wile it lasted 🤣
