Team was beyond friendly welcoming beautiful smiles very knowledgeable of the menu ESSIE/Ava/ Liz-the general manager Ashley was beyond amazing helpful truly made me and my son feel home gave us a reason to come back and the freshness of the bagels just Devine and if you sign up for the rewards you get free bagel and cheese sandwiche. So worth it that had regional manager today and the way they introduced them selves to the employees it’s fabulous and again it’s a great place to eat and study get together free WiFi

There’s a reason this place has a very low rating, go to any other Bruegger’s. This place is the worst, service is incredibly slow and inconsistent. Most of the time I don’t get what I order and it’s very very long in coming.Responding to ownerships response: you don’t care. If you can’t make 48 bagels in an hour and a half, you shouldn’t be making bagels, or you should remove that option for pickup from your website. The responsibility is on you to live up to your customer options for service. Not the customer’s to “cater” to you.
