This donut place makes donuts infront of you. So this is the freshest donut you can buy. But bear in mind that you can’t run into this place and ask for two dozen donuts without a 10 15 wait. Because while they make also nuts super-fast, they still have to make them. The donut itself has an interesting taste, very fresh and slightly more cake-like bite to it. The staff are warm and friendly. There aren’t too many spots to sit down and eat, this is a small place, more of a grab-and-go type location.

The sad part was on Saturday there was an older lady who clearly wasn't aware (or just doesn't like technology) and was waiting at the register at what seemed like forever. I almost left myself, but I understood that with one kiosk that the people in front of me may take longer than I preferred. To the workers, please stop to help those who may need help or at least acknowledge them and let them know that they may need to wait until orders get under control (or refer them to the kiosk if they aren't aware).The food and decor are great tho. The made to order portion will definitely slow down the process but it definitely leads to "fresher" meals.Use the kiosk and try to make your decisions as quickly as possible if there is a long line behind you.

Sorry Duck Donuts! I'm sure you'll have a steady stream of customers since you're open hours are better than Texas Donuts.

I believe it was the “manager” ??? or something it was an Asian man speaking with a lisp he said “oh ma’am we only take orders at the POS self service tablet” while I know he saw me come in and approach the counter had me wait for a while FIVE minutes before opening his mouth. Granted, there was no SIGN or notice saying that I need to place my order on the tablet. First and last time visiting this location.
