Definitely a 10/10 for atmosphere.We did have to wait a little while to be helped, as the staff were chatting, which made the service feel a bit slow. It would also be helpful if forks and napkins were included in the bag.As for the cakes, the banana pudding cake didn’t have much banana flavor, and I was expecting more of a pudding texture. The strawberry crunch cake had a strong artificial taste, and both cakes were a bit dry for my preference.Overall, while the cakes weren’t quite to my taste, the bakery itself is a lovely spot with a great vibe.

I just wish it was a little closer to me, but I’m also very glad it’s not. The menu is much more than just cakes, but it’s difficult enough narrowing my selections down to single-digit numbers of cakes (slices), that I (after 2 years) have not yet dared to expand my sampling. The owners are always very nice and friendly!

The shoppe is so beautiful and quaint. Definitely go check her out whenever you have a sweet tooth or want to give someone a custom gift basket. She is so nice and makes you feel like family. She also sells tea, coffee, and preserves. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
