I’ve been to auntie annes for years , and for the last three visits the cinnamon pretzel bites have been dry and or hard. Idk if it’s a new cook but it’s not giving.

The regular Pretzel and cinnamon pretzel bites arent individual pretzel pieces at all. Like dough spread out and baked like a fast food bread appetizer. Looks and tastes like breadsticks not even pulled apart or any crust to it all all. Warmed over bread. with some salt and butter sprinkled on top. Not at all what you would think mall pretzels bites would taste like. Gross. Look at these. The left are the cinnamon "pretzel" bites. the right are the regular "pretzel" bites. I'll now refer to this place and the minibreadstick fast food place. Not at all the butter goodness of a mall pretzel. Again. Gross

If I could leave a 0 I would but aunt Annie’s just lost our business they were very rude and instead of doing her job the right way she poured the pretzels in a huge tub of melted butter and put them in the cup with this being said cups got handed to us with butter pouring all over our clothes and hands and all at the bottom of our cups to where the pretzels were not edible

They charge a $1.25 tip without asking onto my debit card.The bites was over cooked and oily.Definitely will get my bites in the future at the other pretzel place at this mall.

I would not recommend going to this place. I was planning on getting a free pretzel because its national pretzel day. When I went there around 12, the employee said we're closed come back at 4pm. I was not planning on going back there around 4pm. Good luck to anyone who is trying to get a free pretzel because its not worth my time.
