★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1No one was present at the register. Waited and called. No one answered. This was at 10:30AM. Had no choice but to ask Auntie Annie (next to them)if there’s a way I could get in contact with the manager. They picked up the phone and pretended to call somebody and then expressed that they are not the same company after telling me that she went on break. NO DUH but you both obviously stick together. They could’ve left a sign. Highly inappropriate!!
May 05 · Ms SimmonsStopped in a little after 6pm today. No Cinnabon in display. Asked to order Cinnabon. Employee said they were closed. Since it was so early I asked what their hours are. She said they close at 9pm. Each time she would glance at time on register, which inthough was bizarre. I said so you are open? She said no, they already closed. I said but it's early. And she repeated but they are already closed.
October 03 · Anna ScarpalliniAll the other restaurants (auntie Anne’s and baskin Robbin’s included) were open and they were closed at 745pm. Looked like they were closed for awhile even though drink machine, oven on, and some rolls still out. Confirmed to me by employee they were closed even though they say they close at 9 pm.
November 24 · Michelle VuCinnabon's product is delicious. That is the reason when we stopped at Allentown, we wanted the buns. We ordered 4 minis initially but decided that we would get a pack of 4. Instead of giving us fresh buns, the server came around and gave us a box of 4 buns. My wife and I both were disappointed since they were cold and seemed old. He said they were just baked. We said we wanted fresh and warm as we are used to that. He insisted these were and looked at the label that was penned in and yes they were baked today. We accepted but reluctantly. He then warmed the whole box that had a plastic covering in the microwave. Definately a no no! We still accepted this subpar service and then we asked for some plates. We were refused as he said they did not have any, yet if you order one then they would be obliged to give you a plate I would think. Then one of daughters noted the label, it had 2300, upon inquiring what this meant, the same server proceeded to tell us that is military time so this means the buns were actually made the night before. So a total lie that they were fresh. Upon confronting the server, he had the odacity to just turn away and pretend to rearrange the shelf. Shame on the server! The owner of this establishment needs to train the staff better. Start by perhaps losing the server before you start to lose the customers. A refund is well deserved and Cinnabon should reimburse me.
October 31 · KMNThese kids play entirely too much with food. Never fresh, hard old and stale.
