This is one of my favorite little spots to enjoy a sweet treat. After running errands sometimes you just need to treat yourself! This restaurant is always really clean and the staff have always been really helpful. The available cupcake flavors are rotated so you never know what your choices will be. I can honestly say I've never left with a bad choice. Everything I have tried has been amazing and flavorful. If you have toddlers who just eat the frosting (or you and you don't want to admit it) you can purchase frosting cups. They also have other items for sale, but my main focus is always the cupcakes.

I got cupcakes from here as part of a fundraiser that someone was putting on. I love love LOVE their cupcakes. They're so good and have so many varieties of flavors! Looking forward to visiting the local one near me ☺️

Love this place... I have a sweet tooth and the pastries here are ultra sweet and rich (My favorite is the gooey pecan butter bars). They use real buttercream on their cupcakes which is the best. And, the staff is friendly and always willing to answer questions.I even ordered a Funfetti cake from here for my brother’s birthday this past summer, and while on the pricier side, it was bigger than I expected and looked absolutely flawless. Was delicious too!

Went in and spent $90 on a cake for wife’s Birthday cake which happened to fall on New Year’s Day. Asked for a 1/2 new year themed cake, and 1/2 birthday themed cake thinking that would be easy enough especially for $90. When I go to pick it up it looks like a toddlers first time making a cake with the words happy birthday and new years in big black lettering. Highly upset and disgusted with the product I payed for. Do not recommend at all.

The website lists orange creamsicle cupcake's on their menu as an in stock item. I went to the Wareham MA store as soon as they opened today to pick up some of the orange cupcakes for my wife’s birthday, which is also today and was told they don’t make them until the end of the month. These were not caveated on the website as a summer only product. I asked if they could make some today, I was told they could make some although they wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow. That is poor service. I brought to the manager’s attention their website is misleading as it says the orange cupcakes are on the menu. This fact didn't seem to matter to her. I don’t believe I’m being unreasonable to think a bakery should be able to make cupcakes in less than 24 hour. Cupcake Charlies used to be my go to bakery, but not anymore. Their unwillingness to make it right because their website is wrong is unacceptable.
