Whenever I'm craving donuts, Duck Donuts is where I come. I try not to buy a dozen or half a dozen because I usually end up eating most if not all of them. There's nothing like freshly made hot Duck donuts. Have I mentioned you can customize each donut exactly the way you want? The flavor combinations are endless. See pics for details. I usually keep it super simple and go with cinnamon sugar or glazed donuts. Other options can be a little too sweet for me but know that you can go as crazy as you want.If you want to sit down and have a coffee/donut break, you have plenty of places to sit. However, this place isn't known for its coffee. The décor and ambiance are mostly essential. The ordering kiosks make it easy for you to select what you want but the staff is usually not that busy to take your order in person. Speaking of the staff, they work as fast as the donut-making machine. People usually pick up and go. You'll be outta there in no time.

The customer service is amazing! Their donuts are freshly baked and such high quality. And the atmosphere is so welcoming and they have such kind employees. All in all I’d say I love duck donuts

We ordered a random dozen donuts for delivery and got the literal laziest presentation of donuts I’ve ever seen. I didn’t order a custom batch to make it easy for them to make donuts on a busy Saturday morning because the photos of the random dozen on the menu show normal Duck Donut outcomes with toppings and variety. This really stinks. So now, after paying $25 for these, I’m ordering Dunkin.Order was today (5/6), order number 24.

Their donuts are awesome but I had to wait 20-30 minutes to pickup my order.I ordered two boxes of dozen and three individual donuts. They serviced at least 10 people who came after me. When I asked why I am not getting my order full filled they said it is because my order is large.I didn’t understand the logic!
