I stumbled across Einstein a few years ago. I love a good bagel. So of course I had to go in. The bagels are fresh and the sandwiches are great. I enjoy the Nova Lox sandwich on a spinach bagel. It sounds crazy I'm sure but it's REALLY good. It's just sometimes you have to tell them to go easy on those red onions.

I was greeted by a friendly young lady who was more than happy to help. There is quick service if you are in a rush. There is a good variety of bagels, cream cheese, and drinks; so the menu is pretty good. The coffee was fine and the specialty drinks were better. My breakfast bagel with egg and bacon was decent, the hash brown was ok, the green chile bagel had a nice taste and the cheese/ jalapeño bagel good. The atmosphere was nice and it has a well kept eating area for 1 or more people. The service was professional and friendly.

I got the farmhouse bagel sandwich with avocado. First off it looked like an open faced sandwich. To my surprise there was a little bit of a bagel. Everything fell out. I get this sandwich at another location and it’s always huge. Will not come to this location again. Apparently the cooks don’t care about the customers. The store on Bellflower there’s never an issue.

Ambiance: It's what you'd expect in a bagel shop. It's a bit chaotic, though, a decent amount of seats, but it just seemed to be a lot happening all at once. I got my order to go so I wasn't there long.Service: I've never been to an Einsteins before, so it took me a minute to ingest the menu. Usually, I'd ask for assistance, but they didn't seem to be keen on offering up suggestions, so I went with what I assumed would be good. Ordered on one side... paid and picked up on the other.Food: They were promoting the brisket bagel breakfast sandwich, so that's what I went with. Fortunately for me, it was delicious, bagel was soft and chewy, brisket was flavorful. I'm not an egg person, so i took half off, but it was a solid sandwich that I'd definitely get again.

Woke up on the weekend sick. Needed to feed the kids and this is the closest bagel place I could find. Just signed up for their rewards program, $10 for bakers dozen. Ordered online; pick up was a breeze. Parking right in front of the store on a Saturday morning. I was in and out in less than 5 mins. There’s plenty of seatings inside and out. Even tried a drink sample (it was just ok). Bagels were yummy, came with 2 containers of whipped cream cheese. Will try their other options when I get the chance later since it’s so close by where I live now.
