I have previously given this location scathing reviews because of poor everything. Today I tried them again, and although I was unable to order in the app because I wanted to customize my item, I don’t think that’s this location‘s fault. The cashier today helped me with my order Was intelligent pleasant efficient on point and even showed me a thing or two about the app. The food was prepared quickly and it was perfect. I love when this happens. Thanks to the management for making the necessary changes to allow this to happen. I hope this continues so I can go back more often.

This is a great Einstein’s restaurant. Romelia runs this place as one of the managers. She is so nice with the customers and is making sure things run right. I can tell the care she has for the other workers and the customers. Every time I visit Bagel Bros, I leave completely satisfied. The bagels are always fresh — soft on the inside and perfectly crisp on the outside. The staff is friendly, quick, and very attentive. I especially love the smoked salmon bagel with cream cheese — it’s simply perfect!
