Great customer service. The manager hooked me up with a meal that worked out with my current dietary restrictions. I love Einstein Bros in general and this one was extra awesome.

Ordered "online" 13 bagels (bakers box w smear ) received only 10 of which 3 were ones I didn't not order - small hockey puck size (maybe for a dog? rejects?) they are 3-inch diameter and 3.4 oz; yup weighed. (most bagels are now 4-6 in and 6 oz). - what I ordered was indeed there at 9:15 am as they were there when I picked up behind the counter after 1 pm- I didn't think to pour them out and verify. Like - how can you meed this up? The reciept showed I received 13, wrongo. Sad they can't get it right if you are not there watching them; I assumed they could count to 13...or was that intentional? which is worse?. Highly advise you do not order from the APP for pick up or be prepared to dump out all your bagels out to verify that they can count and have not made any wacko substitutions.

Update: I was reimbursed for my sandwich. There seemed to be confusion as to why bacon was undesirable on a veggie sandwich but apologies all around. In the future, I know to check before I leave the store.Ordered a veggie sandwich to-go, only to arrive at my morning destination to discover bacon on my breakfast. Certainly didn't want any bacon....but grey limp bacon was extra 🤢. Sad day.

I absolutely love this place. They always make my bagels perfectly. I ask weird requests and he does it gracefully. It's always clean and the atmosphere is very alive feeling. I'm always greeting and smiled at by Landon he's a great addition to the place. He always makes me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and taken care of. Everything was clean, organized, and the energy was just positive all around.A special shoutout to the manager—seriously one of the nicest and most professional people I’ve encountered in a food spot. You can tell they genuinely care about both the customers and their team. The whole crew works so well together, and it makes a huge difference in the overall experience.Of course, the food was delicious (that everything bagel breakfast sandwich never misses), but it’s the people that make this location stand out.
