I ordered the texas biscuit with two eggs. It looks very different from the pictures on the app but it was very delicious.The last time I was here there were coffee grounds inside my hazelnut coffee. So I decided to not order it this time.This location has a bigger dining room than the others. There is plenty of space in between the tables and chairs.The service was quick.The chocolate muffins that I ordered was deformed. Not very attractive to look at but still tasty.

Typically love ordering here. Today was disappointing. Please don't put unhappy cashier people like Alyna. Vibe was lack of customer service. Barely looked at me. Worst experience I’ve ever had with Einstein. I get here and I am ignored for about a minute at the register while everyone is doing their thing..i finally get called upon. I proceed to give my order, and as i do the guy cuts me off saying hold up hold up so he can get it all down. I stopped talking and waited for him to give me the go ahead to proceed, and when i did i was clear about my order. It was simple. I wanted two bagels one with cream cheese eggs and Turkey and the other with egg cheddar and add veggie cream cheese and one kids bagel. I literally received one bagel with egg cheddar and plain cream cheese, and the other egg cheddar and no cream cheese or meat. I also ordered an iced caramel latte, and this was the concoction i received. I literally called them 3 times before i posted this review and no one answered my calls. I kept getting redirected back to the recording asking what i need. This is horrible service and an even worse handling of this more than bad experience. Shame on this city for lacking the care it requires to be considered ‘Vegas’ yea right….

I ordered two bagels, both toasted, but the lady taking the order made mistakes. The first bagel had no cream cheese, and the second one wasn't toasted. I asked for cream cheese on the first bagel but kept the non-toasted one. The second lady didn't say anything, just made a new bagel without any acknowledgment or apology. The overall experience was meh; they were stingy with cream cheese. Wouldn't go out of my way to eat there again.

Easy in and easy out. Upon walking in, I was greeted. This is my first time at this location.While they were out of Asiago bagels, I noticed some on the cooling rack and inquired about those. I decided to wait the extra minutes for those to cool. That way, I was able to get the Asiago bagel that I wanted.Kudos to the team here for cooking additional bagels of the ones they were sold out earlier.The cashier was very friendly. We talked about sports after he noticed my hat.I'd recommend this location as it's conveniently located off of 215.When I'm in the area again, I will definitely return.
