Filthy and disgusting. No tables wiped. All food Street service areas very filthy. All self service food areas very filthy. Bathroom disgusting no soap no paper towels hasn’t been cleaned for weeks serious health hazard here.

The food was pretty good. Got upcharged for the jalapeno cheese bagel, but then received the wrong bagel. They fixed it. But seemed confused. They also didn't label the bagels. Super simple to either tell me which is which or make a mark. Also ordered a latte and asked if their smaller size was a 12oz and the cashier wasn't sure and just pointed to their smallest coffee cup. Coffee was decent but nothing special. Overall it was a fine experience but not sure that I would return unless only option. There are much better bagel places in town.

We were surprised that Einstein Bagels was very busy on a Sunday late morning ( around 11:30 am). We ordered sevel breakfast sandwiches (Bacon, Avocado & Tomato Egg White Sandwich, Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich, Farmhouse Egg Sandwich, Cheddar Cheese Egg Sandwich, and a Plain bagel with Cream Cheese.I didn't have a problem waiting about 20 minutes for the order. When the order was ready, I asked my wife to check the order. They got my order wrong and forgot the Plain bagel with Cream Cheese. We waited another 10 minutes to fix our order.In general the bagels and sandwichs are tasty. The price point to goods don't fit. I was still hungry after eating. I don't think we will be go back to Einstein anytime soon.

The sandwiches and coffee is great when they make it right. I regularly place orders online and %100 of the time i am missing items or they are made incorrectly. This is even more inconvenient because there is no place for me to request a refund online so i have to go back to the store every single time.
