SOOO happy with my cookie cake!! I felt bad doing a walk-in order since I know they usually request custom orders to be put about 2 hours in advance (wasn't able to this time) and there was only one worker dealing with everything, but Gabriella was super nice and awesome to work with. I was happy just getting any regular cat or doodle, especially with the pressure of dealing with other customers on mind, but Gabriella still did SUCH an amazing job in no time - I was so surprised at her artistic talent with the kitty!! Everyone at the cafe was stunned and in love with the cookie, they didn't wanna eat it! (It was very yummy 😼)Genuinely couldn't have asked for a better decorator, please give more of my heartfelt thanks to her!! 😻❤️

The other day when I came in the woman working was busy helping another customer and didn't greet me. Annoying, but it wasn't a big deal and it turned out to be a blessing because I noticed this bug which appears to be a roach and took a video. If she had acknowledged me I might have stopped to mention it but I felt sick to my stomach and left immediately. I will be calling the health department. Only rating 2 stars because I want this review to be visible.

I went to the store on Wednesday, the ice cream was amazing 10/10 recommend the red velvet ice cream and m&ms cookies.Overall wonderful service and the employees always greet you with a smile the second you get inside and leave.Keep it up guys!🌟🍧🍪

So.. I was about to lie and add a second star. But fuc that now my stomach hurt and yall in that Keebler kitchen charging almost 15 dollars for 6 cookies. When we are in a virtual AI pandemic with cookies I’m tryna eat and talk to myself whether they cooked all the way or not. Let me go to this dam toilet then walk to the park to feed the birds leftover. I feel bad for whoever car them birds are around when they eat them cookies
