Unfortunately this location has gone downhill so much. You never know if they will be open or not, but today I got “lucky” when I saw that they were open.I was the only person in the drive through (btw lobby is locked) - so there no other people here. I ordered six donuts and my order of 6 donuts was incorrect. The person came to the window creator unhappy they he has to work. There was no professional courtesy, I was handed my box and the window was slammed. I opened the box and noticed my order is wrong. Did not go back because with that service - you never know what else could happen.I will not go back to this location.

This place use to be awesome not so much anymore. Been in the drive thru for 25 minutes and they are only taking one order at a time. It’s called a drive thru it’s supposed to be fast. They have lobby doors locked so you can’t even go in. There was a line and taking one order at a time is ridiculous! You had about 10 cars driving off. This place was the spot to stop when we head to St Louis. They were stale.

Online it says they close at 10pm. At 850pm I placed an order online. Order platform said my order would be ready in 10 minutes. After driving from Chesterfield to Fenton, I got there at 915pm and they were closed. The sign on the door said they close at 9pm. I wonder why they couldn't reject the order out or call me if they weren't going to fill the order.Bummer. Drove all the way back home without donuts.

Worst Krispy Kreme I’ve been to. Waited in drive through line for 10 mins to not get helped. Go to the front door and it’s locked with a customer inside. Would not recommend

This was my second attempt at getting the Harry Potter Donuts. The first time I just popped in and I had noticed that there was no online ordering but I'd hoped I could get them in store. The store just had a small sign that said the drive-thru was only open and when then when you at the drive-thru it said it was close. Yesterday I hopped on the app everything was available and working as normal. So I mobile ordered my donuts for this morning. Got there at my pickup time and they tell me they don't have my order that they don't have any donuts that overnight didn't do anything that they can't help me. They told me to cancel my order when my order was now showing us completed. So now I don't get my two dozen donuts that I ordered and I don't have my money and they basically said figure it out on your own on how to get your money back. So that's neat. AVOID THEM!
