★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Lakon Paris at the Seaport is a must-visit for croissant lovers – just make sure to go early, as most of their best-sellers sell out fast.We tried the pistachio croissant, mango passionfruit cruffin, and tiramisu latte. The pistachio croissant, filled with rich pistachio cream, was indulgent and flaky. The mango cruffin had a beautiful texture – crisp, flaky layers with a tropical twist. The tiramisu latte had a delightfully fluffy top, but the coffee underneath was quite standard. We spent $27 for these three items and the taste and size justify sharing. Portions are generous, so it's ideal for splitting with a friend.
July 05 · Sukesh SathyamoorthyOn our way to the Institute of Contemporary Art early in the morning, we were drawn in by this charming and popular pastry shop. It had a lively atmosphere, with a small group celebrating and several others waiting for their orders. We really liked the cozy interior and contemporary decor. We ordered an iced green tea latte, which was delicious. There are also plenty of tables and chairs outside, making it a great spot to relax. Definitely a nice place to stop by if you’re in the area!
June 01 · Wei WangVisited this location for the first time and it was a hit with my family!.. the whole area is fantastic and this location has indoor seating as well as outdoors.., and with the great weather these days, its perfect!… we had the cafe latte, 10/10 and the hazelnut cube croissant( first time trying this!).. it was 10/10 as well. They use excellent quality chocolate, which makes the desserts and pastries incredible. Good job Lakon!
May 27 · Fureall AOverhyped and overpriced.I’ve lived in Paris and several other French cities, and I think I know what a good croissant should taste like. Làkon’s pastries are nowhere near authentic French croissants—they’re definitely more “Insta-glamorized” than genuinely good.I went on a Saturday afternoon, and it was really crowded. I understand they were busy, but no one was clearing the tables, and the place was a mess—dirty tables and trash all over the floor.Considering the price doesn’t match the quality and taste, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
July 12 · H. SugitaI had the best pistachio croissant of my life here. Every pastry we tried was incredibly delicious, and while the drinks were decent, I personally think the baked goods are the real stars. There isn’t much seating, so on a cold day, sitting outside can be tough. (Plus, my friend actually got pooped on by a bird—true story!)Despite that, the pastries were absolutely worth it. Totally unforgettable. If you’re a pastry lover, don’t miss this place!
