However, it is also important to consider all available customer feedback to provide a complete picture. While many reviews highlight friendly staff and amazing smells, one customer reported a negative experience, stating, "Fresh cases were all empty. Picked up some dinner rolls and fry pies off the shelf and stood at the checkout for 5-10 minutes while being ignored. Finally a girl came to the register and said she would try to find someone to help us. After waiting a few more minutes we left. Absolutely unimpressed with the service and selection. Will not return or recommend to anyone. We’ll just go to Achenbachs for great service and selection." This review suggests that while M&A Sweet Treats generally receives positive remarks for quality and friendliness, there might be occasional inconsistencies in service or product availability, especially during busy periods or if visiting later in the day when popular items might sell out. To ensure the best experience, local users might consider visiting earlier in the day for the freshest and widest selection.
Despite isolated service concerns, the overwhelming positive feedback regarding product quality and the welcoming atmosphere reinforces M&A Sweet Treats as a cherished local establishment. Its commitment to fresh, authentic, and diverse baked goods, coupled with its convenient location, firmly establishes it as a prime choice for Pennsylvanians seeking a true taste of Lancaster County's sweet traditions.

April 05 · Curt and Bonnie GoshertVery friendly staff here and generous gifts to those of us on the best kept secrets tour. 👏The smell is amazing and they have lots of donut options.
October 10 · Dawn WeaverWas next door at Kings furniture and upon leaving they recommended this place. We had no idea it was there but glad we went. It is more than a storefront. It is a full fledged bakery, manned by an army of amish pastry makers. I could not take many pics as they enjoy their privacy and frown on picture taking. The strawberry danish was the best I have ever had. Long johns, donuts, whoppie pies, sticky buns all looked great. The cream filling in the donuts was so rich and smooth. Much better than most places we have visited. This place is Lorenzo approved!
June 27 · Jack LorenzoIf you come to this area must try donuts here. Very nice place to have fresh hand made donuts. One of my friend visited and recommended me to go their. I went there to get donuts. The stuffs are friendly. They allow us to come inside and see.
July 08 · Tanvirul IslamBest mini apple fritters we have found in the Lancaster area. Sticky buns with nuts and raisins are amazing. Friendly employees always a plus!
