EXCELLENT!! Visited 10/16/24- My favorite bakery in Chillicothe. Living far away, it was my first time to visit here since they relocated a few years ago. Was so sad when their old location burned. This is New System back and better than ever. As soon as I walked in the door, the comforting, familiar, yummy fragrances burned in my memory from childhood greeted me like an old friend and I just stood there and breathed it in for a moment, blissful. My favorite Bismarcks were still as delicious as ever and everything looked so tempting. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very clean. There are many places to sit and enjoy coffee and pastries and meet up with friends. It’s a cozy yet spacious environment. Convenient corner location close to downtown, Yoctangee park and neighborhoods. My only regret is needing to catch a flight and not having time to stay and enjoy it all for awhile. If I was a local I’d be stopping by frequently. Can’t wait to stop by again!!!!!

I've been in several times now. The weekend staff is friendly. The weekday counter woman is not friendly. On my most recent visit, she was impatient and rude to me. Then she expected me to leave her a tip. Tips are for exceptional service, not rude service. When I didn't leave her a tip, she snottily hollered "thank you" as I was leaving. I purchase 4 donuts and 1 cream filled cookie. The donuts were decent. The cream filled cookie was quite good. The total cost was $ 10.50. From now on, I'll go to Kroger and get a better box of Krispy Kreme's for a similar price, and I won't have to deal with unfriendly staff expecting tips.

New System Bakery staff is very welcoming and friendly to everyone who visits! I have no clue why anyone would want to go to an establishment that isn't! If you choose to stop in, you will not be disappointed. I cannot fathom why someone would post hateful things about a business that doesn't deserve it...if you choose to go to another bakery because they believe in bigotry post that so most of us can avoid that establishment! Our first visit here today and it was awesome! The Chicken Croissant and Cheese and Broccoli Soup was excellent!Dessert was very good, plus some came home with us.😊 We'll be back!

Visited 4 or 5 times. Spent small to large amounts of money. Food consistently excellent. Staff consistently acted like I was bothering them. Wont be back.
