★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Bad customer service. Pre-order 80 Conchitas MIX colors, and we specified to be packed in 2 DIFFERENT BOXES (30 and 50 Conchitas) since it was for 2 different events. When we picked up the order, I was told by the cashier that the baker didn't want to pack my order in 2 boxes so she said she could give me a box so I could do it MYSELF. Also, out of the 80 mix Conchitas, most of them were chocolate, only 6 pink and 6 yellow. Definitely, I won't be returning, I'll rather drive farther to get the best quality and better customer service.
December 31 · Cindy RosalezThe bread is fresh, love the sugar donuts ,the conchas, bolillos are really fresh .I have gone there in the evening and the youg girl is very sweet, I seen that the baker the man is rude .Im no one to judge Him His bread is good that's all I care about
November 13 · Martha RoblesDo not come here. We weren’t greeted which is fine, I don’t mind… but as soon as we finished picking our selection of breads and walked to checkout, the man who was there waited rudely for us to put our tongs on the plate. He rolled his eyes and pfft’d! Like it wasn’t a 1 second ordeal?! He slammed the plate and tongs on the back table and threw the breads in the paper bag. Didn’t say a word at all the whole time, and when the total came up on the register he just looked at us. Didn’t say anything about how we were gonna pay, we paid card and left. (my husband did because I would’ve left) The bread was crumbly and not traditionalI wrote this when as I was leaving the panaderia, but forgot to add all the sweets went into the trash. They were hard and dry, and tasteless.
May 14 · Destiny AnguloThe bread there is good but the customer service is horrible. The man who works in the morning seems to hate his job, never says good morning back, everything he says seems in a mean tone, he throws the bread into the bag, doesn’t seem to appreciate you doing business there. Same with the woman who works later shifts. I wouldn’t recommend going there. I recommend Martins Cakes and bakery, they’re friendly there
November 11 · DibsOver priced bread for the quality. Bread was dry and no spices to give it flavor. Worst customer service. I walked in this morning and one of the workers disappeared to the back and I proceeded to pick out my bread and after a while of waiting for someone to reappear, I had to call out hello a few times before the guy reappeared. The baker/worker was super rude! I definitely won't be back!Agree, might as well go to Gonzalez or Amapola. Tastier bread for reasonable price.
