★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1You know it's a good sign when you walk into a French cafe in Arizona and hear customers speaking French with the head chef. These pastries are nothing short of immaculate, and coming here on the weekend to try new items has been something I look forward to all week. The quiche quite literally melts in your mouth, the croissants are crispy and fluffy and buttery, and the pain au pistachio is a must. I always start to worry at a cafe that does their food so well if their coffee taste like an afterthought, but even the coffee here is wonderful. If you don't live in Chandler (I don't) it's well worth the drive for an amazing baked goods experience!
September 13 · Madelyn EllisWhat a beautiful surprise to find this wonderful French bakery while I was really hungry and looking for a delicious treat to break fast! Gorgeous quiche and gigantic croissant and pain. Imported butter and chocolate make everything special. Lovely people behind the counter, comfy atmosphere gives French oooh lala. And delicious coffee!Be careful - if you pass it up on Ray Rd you have to make a tricky U-turn to get back. It’s right in the SE corner marketplace.
September 25 · Sally CSuch a gem! I stopped by for a quick bite and ended up discovering one of my new favorite spots. I ordered an Iced Latte with almond milk, sugar-free vanilla, and sugar-free caramel — and it hit the spot. The real stars, though, were the quiches. I tried three slices: the Goat Cheese (with roasted tomato and pesto), the Chorizo (potatoes, bell peppers, onions, garlic, and cheese), and the Malmaison (bacon, ham, tomato, herbs). All were delicious — warm, perfectly seasoned, and that flaky crust? So good. The Goat Cheese was my favorite — rich, creamy, and just the right balance.I love that they offer quiche by the slice. Sometimes you just want a taste without committing to a full one, and this setup is perfect for that. They had tons of fun, creative flavor combos too — I’m already excited to go back and try more. The space is cozy and inviting — small tables, a few couches, and an overall chill, loungey vibe. The owner, Mairead, even came over to check on us, which added such a warm, personal touch. You can tell it’s a family-run place with a lot of love behind it. She also mentioned they run Cuisine & Wine Bistro, which is now on my must-try list.If you’re into quiches or just want something a little different from your typical café scene, definitely check this place out. Great food, great people, and a vibe that makes you want to linger.
May 04 · Taj WIt's been a while since my last review but let me tell you , it was worth the wait. Quiches and Pies is tucked away in a tiny strip of shops on the intersection of Ray and Alma School rd. Everything is made on site with fresh ingredients. The quiches are amazing . There are maybe 1 doz varietys and its $9 per slice. My fav is the goat cheese and pesto. My husband is a fan of the ham , bacon tomato and the southwest. The pastries are also amazing. Previously we indulged in the Pain au Chocolat which are huge!! But today i tried the lemon Danish and hubby had the cappuccino cake. All in all great food , great service and a cute coffee shop atmosphere. 5 stars for sure.
August 10 · Donna JonesI heard about this place through an Instagram post & I decided to drive 20 minutes to get some quiche and some pastries. I walked in, there was a line up to the door. All the tables & spots were taken. As I was waiting in line, I asked a few patrons what their favorite item was? The lady said everything is delicious but you must try the pistachio croissant it was by far the best thing she had ever eaten. I picked up two different styles of quiches & 1 regular butter croissant & 1 pistachio croissant. As I was driving back home I couldn't help myself it all smelled delicious but I decided to take a bite of the butter croissant & It immediately took me back to Paris without the expensive plane ticket. I couldn't believe how each bite that I took was incredibly delicious. It was flaky, it was buttery, & it was soft on the inside. Before I knew it I had already eaten it all of the croissant before getting back onto the freeway LOL. Because I got two different quiches I decided to cut them in half since they were pretty big in size & have it for breakfast. Both were cooked in my toaster oven under the recommended time & once they came out I took a bite & both of them had so much flavor. I highly recommend the caramelized onion w/ bacon & the malmaison w/ herbs. It was so good!!The pistachio croissant was looking at me & I couldn't help myself I took 1/3 of it just so I could try it. That lady did not lie. It was literally the best thing I have eaten in 2025. The pistachio croissant alone is worth the 40 minute R/T drive. It was still warm too. Just like the croissant every bite was delicious. I'm so thankful for this little cafe opening up in Chandler. I hope more people will give this mom & pop a chance & enjoy what this place has to offer.
