Food: Sliced Lox Bagel with Cream Cheese and Turkey Sausage, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel 🥯Comments: I always get the lox bagel from here – it’s the best. Today, I decided to try the Turkey Sausage, Egg, Bacon, and Cheese Asiago Bagel, but it wasn’t the best , bagel was stale and dry. I will only recommend the lox bagel from here. The staff were very friendly.

Smoothies are made from concentrated syrup and extremely sugary. I dont have too many items with added sugar and couldn’t get past a few sips of their mango smoothie- even got an immunity booster added- $9 cup of sugar wasted. The server was kind and provided an iced latte with less syrup as an alternative and appreciate her for that. Not recommended for anyone who cannot tolerate sugar loaded syrup smoothie- no fresh fruit whatsoever!

I prefer to engage with a staff member when placing my order. I believe in supporting local employment and at most enjoy the personal interaction with individuals. This morning, I visited THB Bagel to purchase breakfast. However, the cashier approached me with a neutral expression. In an attempt to brighten her day, I smiled and engaged , but she made me feel as they didn't want my business. Disappointed, I decided to leave. I did bring up the issue with the manager, and I trust that he will address it as promised. I was disappointed with him for not offering me someone else to take my order. Overall, in the past I have had positive experiences at this THB Bagel location, with quick service, a wide selection of fresh bagels, and accurate orders.

For a quick, late breakfast this place was okay! Service was relatively quick despite there being a line. We got a few kinds of savory bagels with spreads and a BLTA sandwich. All were fresh, served perfectly toasted/hot, and had a good ratio of toppings to bread. I'm no bagel pro or savant, so these were just another sandwich to me. The biggest advantage they have is lots of seating with a lower and upper level PLUS outdoor seating when the seasons permit.The restaurant itself felt clean, but the poor staff is stuck dealing with too many customers that won't bus their own tables (despite there being ample trash cans and dish returns throughout the dining areas). Perhaps more signage or stronger reminders to customers could help? But I don't blame staff for not wanting the extra labor.For convenience, this place works. I wouldn't go out of my way for it. Wish the patrons were a little more thoughtful. It's a good alternative when I want a walk and something different from my neighborhood bagel spot in Mount Vernon (Belvedere Bagels).

This used to be my favorite place to go get delicious bagels and up until recently l never had a bad experience .However after a disrespectful experience with an employee and the manager basically laughing in my face about it l will NEVER go back there for anything.The petite , light brown skinned woman who wears glasses has a MAJOR attitude problem, Very Rude , Aggressive and Nasty.it's obvious that she's unhappy in life and l suppose acting out at work is the only outlet she has to express her frustrations.After the way l was treated and the dismissive response l got from the manager l will NEVER come here again.I can get equally good bagels from Starbucks minus the nasty attitude!Edit:Charissa CostaDirector of Marketing and BrandTHB BAGELRY & DELI- l took the time to email the director of marketing and branding regarding the situation l encountered per her request and beyond the initial reply asking for specifics l have yet to receive a reply back despite me sending a follow up email!I don't want anything for free . It's about respecting customers who could easily spend their hard earned money elsewhere!
