Their Five Seed Sourdough has it all. A mellow sourdough taste and substance! Excellent toasted with jam! I can’t wait to try their other breads. And I am egg free/dairy free which this particular bread is, so it was an especially good find.

The crust is my fave, the bread is dense which I like too. I like the 5 grains and the country loaf.Good Phytes has the most wonderful carrot/coconut muffins. I could eat a dozen at one sitting. Don't worry, i have some self control;.
